What is HGH?
HGH or GH, short for human growth hormone, is referred to as the
master hormone in medical science. Whilst young it is plentiful,
but as we reach our twenties our bodies start to gradually produce
less, by our forties almost everyone is lacking in HGH, and by our
eighties production has normally decreased by
at least 90 to 95%.
HGH affects virtually all aspects of our bodys function;
it influences cell growth, bones, muscles and organs. When the body
is deficient in growth hormone symptoms include muscle loss, decrease
of energy, diminished libido, fat increase, higher risk of
Cardiovascular disease, and reduced life expectancy. Basically,
all the symptoms we associate with the ageing process!
Hormones are chemical messengers. These messengers travel through
our blood stream, and are involved in every aspect of our bodys
activity, for example mood, sexual function, growth & metabolism
are just some of the functions affected.
Hormones also help with the regulation of vital organs, promote
healing and repair, and maintain good health.
Research taken place recently has shown that this natural decline
of HGH levels is not irreversible, and is not permanent.
